When Can You Access Online Registration?

Online registration will open approximately two weeks in advance of your course start date.

At this time, you will be sent an email from Bath Spa University inviting you to first create an account (new students only), and then to complete online registration (please enter login details below). You will be unable to complete either step until your course has been cleared for registration and you have received your welcome email inviting you to register.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the Self-Service Password Reset tool. Our short tutorial will be able to guide you through the process. If you require further assistance, you can contact the IT Service Desk using the form at bsuit.bath.ac.uk to request a callback, or by using the chat.bathspa.ac.uk for the live chat. For Out-of-hours support (after 4:30pm (GMT) on weekdays, or at any time during the weekend), the team can be contacted via 01225 875875 and then pressing 1 on the first menu, 2 on the second menu, and 4 on the third menu to get through to the correct team. Student Sign in

When you click Create Account, you’ll sign in to your Bath Spa University account for the first time and will need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA).

We’d recommend installing the Microsoft Authenticator app on your Android or Apple smartphone.
